Late PM Update: As of 11 pm, Tropical Storm Fay has weakened to maximum winds of 50 mph. After stalling for a few hours this evening, the storm is expected to continue moving north northeast at about 5 mph overnight. The forecast track brings it just offshore, where it could strengthen again, possibly reaching hurricane force before turning back toward a more westerly direction.
